Head Coach Tim Dean has been a mainstay in the Chicagoland soccer community for the past 17 years.
Tim Dean was named the Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Elmhurst University in December 2023. He joined the Bluejays after eight seasons at Lake Forest College, where he served as interim head coach in 2023, leading the team to a Midwest Conference (MWC) Tournament Championship and an NCAA Division III Tournament appearance. During his tenure at Lake Forest, the program achieved three NCAA Tournament appearances, two MWC regular season titles, and three MWC Tournament championships.
In addition to his collegiate experience, Dean is the Technical Director of Chicago Rush Soccer Club and holds numerous coaching licenses-
